Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering or related field AND 5+ years experience in technical engineering, manufacturing, operations, hardware development OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering or related field AND 6+ years experience in technical engineering, manufacturing, operations, hardware development. OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Hardware Engineering or related field AND 8+ years experience in technical engineering, manufacturing, operations, hardware development. OR equivalent experience. Experience in hardware product development and/or high-volume manufacturing environments, with exposure to factory operations, production ramps, or sustaining engineering Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues in time-critical or high-pressure situations, driving alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain Demonstrated strength in problem-solving, including the ability to quickly identify, prioritize, and resolve issues impacting product readiness, quality, and delivery timelines Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action, while continuously driving improvements in product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and cost
